During pre-launch we only collect information you volunteer: name (optional) and email address via our sign-up form, plus any optional feedback submitted via forms.How we use your information
We use your data to:- Send launch updates, invitations and occasional edit previews;
- Invite selected users to give feedback;
- Provide password for demo/trial environments preview edits when relevant.
- For participating brands, to feature your products and images in our materials — always with clear credit and in line with your submission terms.Lawful basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (you signed up) and, where relevant, legitimate interests (improving Joiskka).Who we share with
We only share data with trusted processors who help us run Joiskka:- Carrd.co — site hosting and form display;
- MailerLite — sending emails and newsletters;
- Plausible Analytics — anonymous site analytics (no cookies).Each processor is GDPR-compliant; we maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) where required.Cookies & analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies or create personal profiles. Plausible provides anonymised, aggregate site metrics only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies while Joiskka is in pre-launch. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify users.Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:- Storage with reputable, GDPR-compliant providers;
- Access controls (limited team/contractor access);
- Encrypted backups where supported by processors;

what we're looking for nowahead of our 2026 launch, we’re selecting a small number of brands to feature in our pre-launch materials, giving potential members a first look at the kind of creativity and inspiration they can expect to see in Joiskkaeach featured brand will appear with a single product image, your brand name, and a direct link to your website or shopwe’d also love your feedback on the concept, to help us shape a platform that works beautifully for both brands and users

if you’d like to be included, please submit a product image using this formin the email you received, we may have suggested a product we’d love to include — but feel free to submit a different one [or several options] for us to considerby submitting, you give us permission to feature these products in the pre-launch gallery and related preview materials [we will reach out separately for your consent to feature in the main gallery when this launches]
